This 7 day programme is the perfect place to start Wild Pilates Online or as a reset week to get back into regular Pilates. These classes will introduce you to the Wild Pilates style, go deeper into the Pilates principles and build up gradually. Designed you get you ready to move onto the other classes on the online studio.
